What a client portal is
A portal is a private part of your website. A customer signs in and sees only what's theirs: their documents, their appointments, their orders, their invoices and their messages with you. It replaces the back-and-forth of email attachments and phone calls with one place that's always up to date.
Technically it's a web app, built into your site and connected to the software you already use, so nothing is typed twice.
Who uses one
Law firms use portals for intake, documents and engagement letters. Practices use patient portals for forms, results and reminders. Property managers give owners and residents a portal for statements and requests. Manufacturers and suppliers give buyers one for orders and shipments. Advisors and accountants use them for statements and secure document exchange.
The common thread is a business that sends the same information to the same people over and over, by email.

Connected to the tools you already run on
A portal only works if it's the same information your team sees. So we connect it to your practice, case, property or accounting software, your calendar and your payment provider. The customer sees the live record; your team keeps working where they already do.
Security and compliance
Portals hold private information, so they're built to be compliant from the first screen: two-step sign-in, access by role, encryption in transit and at rest, and a record of who saw what. Where your industry has its own rules, we build to them, and where you have a compliance lead or a lawyer, we work with them.
