Privacy policy

What we collect through this site, why, who we share it with and the choices you have, in plain English.

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Stratasis LLC ("Stratasis", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information we collect through stratasis.com, and when you email or call us.

The short version: we collect what we need to reply to you and run the studio, and we don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • When you contact us: your name, your business email, the services you're interested in and anything you write in your message. If you email or call, we keep what you send and notes of the conversation.
  • When you apply for a job: your CV, portfolio, links, work samples and anything else you choose to send.
  • When you visit the site: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the site that sent you, and the date and time. Our hosting provider logs this to keep the site secure and working.

Please don't send us health, financial or legal records through our contact form or by ordinary email. If your project involves that kind of information, we'll set up a secure way to share it first.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and send proposals
  • Consider your job application
  • Keep the site secure and working, and understand how it's used so we can improve it
  • Send occasional news about our work, if you've asked for it, with a way to unsubscribe in every email
  • Follow the law and protect our rights

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only:

  • With the providers who run things for us, like hosting, email and scheduling, who may use it only to provide their service
  • With our professional advisers, like lawyers and accountants
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our team, our clients or others
  • If our business changes hands, to a buyer who keeps the promises in this policy

We're a United States business, and we store information in the US.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, so it remembers it next time. That stays on your device.

We may use analytics tools to see which pages people read and how they found us. If we add cookies used for advertising, we'll update this policy first. You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser's settings, and the site will still work.

If you're a client

When we work together, the information we handle for you, including your customers' information, is covered by our agreement with you. For healthcare clients, that includes a business associate agreement, signed before we handle any patient data.

If you're a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information. If you contact us instead, we'll pass your request on to them.

Keeping it safe

We protect personal information with encryption, access limited to the people who need it, and two-step sign-in on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

We keep enquiries and job applications for up to two years, and client records for as long as tax and legal rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop emailing you. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

To make a request, email hello@stratasis.com. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Our site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
