These terms cover your use of stratasis.com, the website of Stratasis LLC ("Stratasis", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Working with us
This site describes what we do: websites, custom software and portals, brand, social media, ads, SEO, and photo and video. It isn't an offer to provide them, and sending us an enquiry doesn't create an agreement or commit either of us to working together.
When we do work together, a signed agreement sets out the scope, fees, timeline, ownership and everything else about the work. That agreement governs the work, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, read the blog and share links to it. You may not:
- Copy, scrape or republish our content, designs, code or illustrations without our written permission
- Try to reach parts of the site or our systems you aren't meant to, or test them for weaknesses
- Use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful
- Use bots or automated tools that strain the site or harvest its content, including to train AI models
- Pretend to be someone else when you contact us
Our content
Everything on this site, including its words, designs, illustrations, code and the Stratasis name and logo, belongs to Stratasis or to those who licensed it to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
General information, not advice
Our blog posts, guides and examples are general information, written to help. They aren't legal, tax, financial, medical or compliance advice, and they may not fit your situation. Rules and platforms change, so check before you rely on them.
Any timelines, examples or results we describe are general, not promises. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, leads or sales, and what applies to your project is what's in your agreement.
Other websites
The site links to other services, like Google, Meta and the AI assistants in our footer. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without promises of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or from relying on anything on it, and our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to $100.
If your use of the site breaks these terms and leads to a claim against us, you'll cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, talk to us first at hello@stratasis.com, and we'll try in good faith to put it right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Stratasis has its principal place of business. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the courts of the county where Stratasis has its principal place of business, and brought individually, not as part of a class action.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
