Case study
Apex Window, Doors & More
A window and door contractor with great work and a website that wasn't bringing any of it in. A new site, ads and local search later, the phone rings every day.
The client
Windows, doors and more, installed by a team that takes pride in the work. Where they started.

- Anna Borowska, Owner
Apex Window, Doors & More replaces windows and doors for homeowners, and does the siding, trim and finishing around them. The work speaks for itself: referrals kept the crew busy, and the reviews were glowing.
Online was a different story. The old website was a few pages on a template, slow on a phone, with no way to request an estimate and nothing that told Google what Apex did or where. The Google Business Profile was unclaimed. When a homeowner searched for window replacement, Apex wasn't in the running.
Anna wanted one team to handle all of it: the website, the ads and the search, so she could get back to running jobs.
What we built and ran
A new website, Google and Meta ads and local SEO, by one team. In the order that mattered most.
A new website
Designed around the questions homeowners ask, with a page for every service and an estimate request on every page.
- Estimate requests with photos
- A page for windows, doors, siding and trim
- Before-and-after galleries
- Built for phones first
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified and filled in: categories, services, hours, photos from real jobs, and a review request after every install.
- Service areas set
- Photos from real jobs
- Reviews asked for and answered
Google and Meta ads
Search ads for window and door replacement in the towns Apex serves, and Meta ads showing finished work to homeowners nearby.
- Limited to the service area
- Every call and form traced
- Tested every week
Local SEO
A page for each town, business details Google can read, listings made to match, and a monthly report in plain English.
- Town pages
- Structured data
- Listings matched everywhere
The results
More visitors, more of them staying, and more estimates booked. Measured in Google Analytics and the ads accounts.
More website visitors
In the first week after launch, compared with the week before ads.
Lower bounce rate
From 71% to 37%: visitors who used to leave in seconds now read the service pages and request estimates.
Team for all of it
Website, ads and Google Business Profile, built and run by one studio, with one report a month.
In their words
What the client said when it was done. In their own words.
“Our new website and ads brought in more customers than we expected. Stratasis made the whole thing easy from start to finish.”
How the project ran
From the first call to the phone ringing. One team, in the order that mattered.
What Apex does, where, and what the website had to do: get estimate requests.
Call- Profile
The Google Business Profile claimed and filled in while the site was being built, so the map results started early.
Pages designed around the homeowner's questions: what it costs, how long it takes, what the work looks like.
Design- Build
Built in code, tested on phones, and switched over with every old address redirected.
Google and Meta campaigns live the day the site launched, limited to the towns Apex serves.
Ads- Run
Reviews asked for after every job, ads tested every week, and one plain report a month.
