A link, or built in?
Most businesses start by linking to their Calendly page. It works, but every visitor leaves your site to book, lands on a page that looks like Calendly, and some never come back. Built into your site, the calendar opens right where they decided to talk to you.
Calendly can sit inside a page, open as a pop-up from any button, or both.
Details carried through
If someone has already given their name and email in a form, Calendly can open with them filled in. Campaign tags, like which ad they came from, pass through too, so every booking carries its source with it.
Counting bookings as leads
A click on a Book button isn't a booking. Calendly tells the page when a meeting has actually been scheduled, and we record that moment in your analytics and ad accounts, so you see real booked calls by page and by campaign.

The right meeting on the right page
Each page can open the meeting type that fits it: a consultation from a service page, a short call from the FAQ, a site visit from the contact page. Where your Calendly plan includes routing forms, a few questions can send each visitor to the right person.
When Calendly isn't enough
For bookings tied to payments, staff schedules or a client portal, a booking flow built into the site can do more. We'll tell you honestly whether Calendly is the right fit for how you book.
